How do I upload my photo?
 

Choose your photo gift then, clicks add to cart, make all the necessary selections for your product.

Simply click the displayed "browse" button to view the files on your computer's hard drive, floppy drive or digital camera. Select the image file you wish to upload double click the file. Now Double Check all your selections then, click the submit button. You will receive a message that your details have been sent. At this time you can continue to shop or, you may now check out. Your order is complete only after you have checked out.

Please note the following:

We accept images with the following extensions: .jpg and .jpeg (GIF images will not reproduce as well as other formats because of color compression.)

Files must be between 1MB and 2MB. Anything less then 1MB will not produce a quality image. The upload time will depend on the file size and your Internet connection speed. Please be patient when uploading a large image.

Please try to use the best-quality image possible. The recommended settings are 2000 pixels and 300 dpi. If your image is below the minimum resolution/size requirements, do not simply increase the size in your editing software. You must either rescan the image or use a higher-quality image.

When scanning in photographs, please use a resolution of 300 dpi or more. When taking digital images, set your camera at the highest possible resolution. You can always reduce the resolution later. Low-resolution images cannot be increased without loss of image quality.

Your image will be reproduced as it appears. In some cases, we may crop the image for size, to fit the product you order. Close-ups and images with bright colors will produce the best results.

(We reserve the right to refuse reproduction of submitted photos at our discretion should they be licensed, copyrighted, or deemed inappropriate for language, content or material.)

Can I cancel my order?

Once completed and placed, your personalized order is immediately sent into production so that we may offer you expedient service, with orders often personalized and shipped within 24 hours! Understandably, cancellations or changes to personalized orders cannot be accepted once you have completed and placed your order. Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it was sent.

What if I’m not satisfied with my order?

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If your order it is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return except when there is a quality concern as mentioned above.

We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!). Take special care when reviewing your order. Check your spelling, dates and names carefully. In the event that you made an error and need a replacement, we do offer a discount off the original retail price on the replacement to try to help. Of course, if we made the error, we will replace your order free of charge to you. All refund or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.

How should I prepare my image?

File Size Chart

Below is a chart showing the max file size for items. Note: the resolution listed here is recommended for a good quality print. (Anything less will produce a poor quality image for your product)

Please Note: If you use a smaller picture and enlarge it the quality will be very poor!

SIZE: Any photo will work. We prefer photos larger than 5x7. For digital photographs, please make sure that they were taken by a 1 mega pixel or better camera.

FORMAT: We accept .jpeg, .jpg,. (These are the best for sending your photos)

FOCUS: Make sure your subject is sharp. The better the focus, the better the final piece will be.

COLOR: We can use black and white or color.

COMPOSITION: Keep it simple. Make sure that your subject occupies 60-80% of the photo. This is not an absolute necessity, but it will make for a better finished piece. Close ups of your subject(s) well produce a better product.

What do you do with my image?

Once your photo gift is made and we are satisfied with the finished product your image is deleted from our files. We do not store them, your image(s) are only used to product your gift items. We do not keep or use them for any other purpose. Please Note: If you are making more than one of the same items with the same image it is good ideas to order them all at one time by charge the quantity in the cart before you click add to cart then enter details for your product(s). This will assure they will come out looking all the same, where as if you order the same product at a later date there can be slight differences for various reasons (printing, cropping, and file transfer….)

When can I expect my order?

After your photo gift details and paid order are received, we promptly begin assembling your product(s).

Usually, items are shipped within 24 hours, except on Sundays and holidays then they are shipped the next possible day. Depending on the carrier, and distance it can take between 7 to 10 working days to arrive.
